Membership Terms & Conditions

The Third Place Ltd

Company No. 515497329
(hereinafter: “Beit Hanna”)

June 2026 Edition

General

Membership in Beit Hanna grants access to the Beit Hanna Ben Gurion complex, the Beit Hanna HaRabi complex, or the Beit Hanna Brodetsky complex, the use of the facilities, and participation in classes included according to the membership purchased. Members are also invited to participate in Beit Hanna’s cultural and artistic events, except for those requiring separate payment.
Each member receives a personal chip / barcode in the app, which may not be transferred to another person and must be returned to Beit Hanna upon cancellation of membership.
The Beit Hanna complexes are intended for paid entry (daily entry / punch card / meeting room rental / content) or by membership, except for the café which is open to the general public.

Membership is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. As part of the registration process, you are required to upload a photo to the app so that we can identify you, or alternatively, have your photo taken at the reception desk upon your arrival at Beit Hanna. Your photo will appear in the Beit Hanna app and will be visible to staff members as well as to other participants who register for the classes and activities for which you enroll. Beit Hanna may photograph, record, or otherwise visually document the Beit Hanna complexes, including during ongoing activities, workouts, classes, and cultural or artistic events. Such documentation may include photos of members, visitors, and participants in the complex.
By approving this regulation, the customer authorizes Beit Hanna and its employees to use such photographs and documentation for marketing, branding, public relations, and communications purposes — in any media, now or in the future — without compensation and without requiring further approval.
Beit Hanna will refrain from using photographs in a manner that could humiliate, demean, or harm the privacy of any person photographed.

Types of Membership at Beit Hanna

Beit Hanna offers several types of recurring membership plans. Their prices and main terms are detailed in the Beit Hanna price list, updated periodically. You may contact customer service representatives at the various branches or via WhatsApp to receive the updated price list.
Purchasing a membership or punch card requires immediate registration to the app designated for the purchased membership type. Registration is the responsibility of the member. Payments for the membership will be charged even if the member fails to register in the app.
Beit Hanna reserves the right to modify the available membership types, their terms, and their prices.
Payment for all recurring memberships is made via automatic credit card payments.
Beit Hanna may change membership prices. Any change in recurring membership fees will be made with prior written notice of 30 days. The member may notify in writing that they do not agree to the price change. If the member sends written notice of non-consent, the cancellation will take effect within three (3) business days from the date of the notice, without cancellation fees, provided that the notice was sent within 30 days of Beit Hanna’s notice. If no cancellation notice is received, the member will be deemed to have accepted the new price.
A customer whose automatic payment is declined must provide an alternative payment method to cover the outstanding membership balance and will be charged a handling fee. Renewal of the customer's automatic payment plan will be subject to Beit Hanna’s review.

Membership Freeze

Membership may be frozen for a minimum of 7 days and up to the maximum period specified for each membership type in the price list. Payment reduction for the freeze period will be applied in the month following the end of the freeze. Retroactive freezes are not allowed.
Freezes beyond the maximum period may be approved in special circumstances such as military reserve duty or illness, with medical/military documentation.
It is also possible to purchase a freeze of up to six weeks at a cost of 50 NIS per week.

Membership Cancellation

A recurring membership may be terminated by submitting a cancellation notice that includes the member’s full name and ID number through one of the following methods:

Cancellation with the assistance of Beit Hanna reception staff:

  • By email to frontdesk@hanna.house – for Beit Hanna Ben Gurion members
  • By email to harabi@hanna.house – for Beit Hanna HaRabi members
  • By email to brod@hanna.house – for Beit Hanna Brodetsky members
  • By registered mail to: The Third Place Ltd., 75 Ben Gurion Blvd., Tel Aviv

Membership is offered subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) full billing months from the date of enrollment.

A cancellation notice may be submitted at any time during the membership period.

If enrollment takes place during a calendar month, a prorated fee will be charged for the remainder of that month, in addition to the three full billing months.

A cancellation notice submitted during the commitment period shall not shorten the commitment period, and the membership will remain active until the end of the minimum commitment term.

Example: A member who joins on January 17 and submits a cancellation notice on February 2 will pay a prorated fee for January and full membership fees for February, March, and April. The membership will remain active until April 30.

Upon completion of the minimum three-month commitment period, the membership may be canceled by providing one full billing cycle's prior notice. In such case, the membership will terminate at the end of the billing cycle following the submission of the cancellation notice.

Example: A member who joined on January 17 and submits a cancellation notice on April 20 will have their membership terminated on May 30.

From the date a cancellation notice is submitted, any remaining freeze days, if applicable, may no longer be used.

Cancellation requests processed through a credit card company may take up to 10 business days to become effective.

If the membership is canceled within 14 days of the purchase date, a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, will be charged, in addition to a prorated fee for membership days used. Such fee shall be calculated based on the standard daily admission rate of NIS 65 per day (and not the discounted membership rate), multiplied by the number of actual visits made.

No refund shall be granted for any unused portion of the membership period.

Punch Cards

Beit Hanna offers two types of personal punch cards:

  1. Supplementary punch card for members – discounted rate for additional reformer Pilates classes / extra content not included in the unlimited membership.
  2. General punch card – valid for all classes (including reformer Pilates), plus access to the lounges.

The prices and main terms are detailed in the Beit Hanna price list, updated periodically.
Punch cards are personal and non-transferable.
All punch cards expire at the end of their validity period; unused classes are not refundable.
Validity may be extended by one month for an additional fee as stated in the price list.
A punch card that has not been used at all may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, subject to cancellation fees of 5% of the card value or 100 NIS — whichever is lower.
No refund is available for punch cards that have been partially or fully used.
When a member freezes or cancels their membership, the corresponding supplementary punch card is also frozen or cancelled (without refund).

House Rules and Facilities

Beit Hanna is designed as a quiet “bubble” in the heart of a busy city. You are asked to behave respectfully, avoid raising your voice, and keep your mobile phone on silent mode.
Phone conversations are permitted in public areas while being considerate of others.
Members using their phone/tablet/laptop to watch videos or listen to music must use headphones.
Opening hours are subject to management discretion. Parts of the complex may be closed for private events, renovations, or other purposes without prior notice.
Before first using the fitness facilities, please request an orientation session from the staff.
Towels will be provided to members entitled to them according to membership type.
Towels are for use in showers only and may not be removed from the shower area.
A personal towel must be brought to every class.
Personal belongings must be stored in the lockers and locked with a personal lock.
Beit Hanna is not responsible for lost or stolen items, whether stored in lockers or not. Lockers will be opened and emptied after closing time.
No alcohol or drugs may be brought into Beit Hanna.
Animals are not allowed in the fitness areas, except guide dogs.
Scooters and bicycles (regular or electric) may not be brought into the complex.
Beit Hanna reserves the right to require a member to leave the premises and/or to cancel membership if their behavior does not comply with the regulations or the standards of the facility.
In some cases, instructors may be replaced subject to Beit Hanna’s sole discretion. Changes are visible in the app.

Participation in Classes and Gym

Participation is limited to Beit Hanna members and requires advance registration via the app. Alternatively, walk-ins may join based on availability by registering at the front desk.
Class registration opens in the app at a set time before each class depending on your membership/punch card type.
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Entry from the waitlist is automatic; therefore, if you do not intend to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
If a spot opens, you will automatically be moved to the participant list and will receive an email and push notification (ensure notifications are enabled). You may cancel within 60 minutes of entering the waitlist without penalty.
You may reserve one class per day, or more depending on your membership type.
Participation in additional classes the same day is on a space-available basis; registration opens 4 hours before the class.
Upon arrival to a class, members must scan their chip/barcode at the front desk. Failure to scan will be considered absence.
Entry to class is allowed up to 5 minutes after the start time. After 5 minutes, entry will not be permitted and the member will be considered absent.

In certain circumstances and subject to operational requirements, Beit Hanna reserves the right to substitute instructors/trainers, change class locations, or modify class schedules. Advance notice of such changes may not always be possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Beit Hanna may cancel or discontinue a class due to low attendance or lack of feasibility at its sole discretion.
Participation in the gym and classes is subject to signing a health declaration as required by law (Gym Licensing and Supervision Law 1994; Sports Law 1988). Please notify us immediately of any changes in your health status and provide an updated medical certificate if necessary.

Cancellation and Absence from Classes / Workshops

A member may cancel a class registration in the app up to 10 hours before the class.
A member who cancels less than 10 hours before the class, does not attend, or fails to scan their chip will be deemed a late cancellation and may not register for another class that day.
A member who accumulates two late cancellations within 7 days will be blocked from registration for 48 hours (attendance on a space-available basis only).
This policy also applies to members absent from two registered classes/content items within 7 days.
Punch-card holders who cancel late or do not attend will lose that class from their card.
Workshop cancellations: payment is made upon registration. Cancellation is permitted up to four days before the workshop with cancellation fees (5% of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower). Within four days of the workshop start date, the full workshop fee will be charged.

Communication and Promotional Messages

By approving this regulation, you consent to receiving updates and marketing messages, including email and SMS, during and after your membership period. You may unsubscribe at any time by written request to your branch’s email.
By approving this regulation, I consent to my details being included in Beit Hanna’s database in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981.
We commit not to transfer your details to any third party.

General

This regulation uses masculine form for convenience but is intended for all genders.
Any dispute related to this agreement shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
Beit Hanna management may amend this regulation. The updated version is published on the website: https://hanna.house/terms/ and in the app.

Health Declaration

I declare that I am healthy, in proper physical condition, and have no medical restriction preventing strenuous physical activity. I acknowledge that The Third Place Ltd. bears no responsibility for any medical or other damage that may occur during physical activity at Beit Hanna, and that my participation in such activities is based on my declaration.
If I have never trained before (or have taken a long break), or if I am pregnant, postpartum, taking medication, or suffering from injuries or illnesses, I declare that I have consulted a physician before training and received approval. I must provide such approval, and in any case, participation is at my own responsibility.

Motherhood Track at Beit Hanna

The motherhood track is designed for members after postpartum recovery (6 weeks after birth) until the baby begins crawling.
Weekly sessions include classes for mothers and their babies, with babysitting services provided inside the training area near the mother. Babysitting is for the duration of the class only and does not include feeding/changing diapers — only assisting the mother during the class. Beit Hanna assumes no responsibility for the baby.
If necessary, the babysitter will call the mother during the class. Full responsibility for the baby remains with the mother; this is not a childcare service, only assistance.
Once the baby begins crawling, Beit Hanna may request that the member stop bringing the baby to classes where babysitting services are offered. In such a case, the member may cancel the membership or convert it to a regular membership. If converted, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Acknowledgment of Reading and Agreement
